This is an amazingly cheap and cute centerpiece for a kids birthday party. It is super fast and easy to make and did I mention cheap, Your going to use something you already have in your bathroom!! Supplies needed 1)toilet paper 2)gift wrap tissue paper 3)curling ribbon I like these for kids parties or even for a bridal shower..Remember the kids only come to the party for cake and candy they also love colorful things and this is going to enhance that :)
